MenTacTion provides Business and Executive Coaching as part of tailored development or accelerated high-performance programmes for middle management employees through to Board level executives.
Individual Business and Executive Coaching assignments typically last for between 4 and 6 months and involve a series of face-to-face meetings supplemented by telephone conversations and email exchanges. Specific assistance is often provided in relation to enhancement of the skills needed in a new or anticipated senior role. Coaching assignments can also be targeted at specific issues such as internal and external public speaking engagements or team motivation.
Coaching is also provided to teams who have attended a Communication or Consultative Selling training event, through a mixture of group and one-to-one sessions aimed at applying newly acquired skills to real, current situations. This could, for example, be in support of a sales campaign or a response to a specific "request for tender". |
